As Vice-President, Communications at TELUS, Jennifer leads the Corporate Communications team, driving communications and reputation management while driving innovation in the telecommunications, health and agriculture sectors. Setting industry benchmarks, Jennifer and her team work to foster meaningful connections between TELUS and its stakeholders.

Her expertise spans across internal communications, insight and measurement, media relations and public affairs, executive visibility and digital transformation. 

Jennifer's forward-thinking approach has earned industry recognition throughout her career and she works with her team to strengthen and protect TELUS’ market position. She excels in navigating complex business environments, delivering impactful communication solutions and anticipating emerging trends.

Beyond her corporate role, Jennifer contributes to the community as a member of Storyhive board at TELUS and as a corporate cabinet member for the Michael Garron Hospital Foundation. Following roles in the UK, New York and Vancouver, she now lives and works in Toronto.
